It is an event that you don’t have to miss it when coming for holidays here in Rhodes next time.This event took place at Tsampika beach for three days,and the attendants had the chance to spend all day and night just being tourists without worrying or to think about, but only to share this experience with friends and relax by becoming part of different activities and shows at this natural virgin paradise.Luckilly I was either part of it on the second day where I arrived at Tsampika beach in the afternoon and stayed until late.
The event was promoted as SUN MOON BEACH CAMP and started on Friday noon until Sunday night.It was a good way to attend to a three day alternative program with full of events and concerts.During the day there were 12 DJs playing music and during the night 6 famous bands from Rhodes and Athens.What this event included was a Professional Beach Volley tournament,a friendly beach Racket tournament,different athletic shows like Capoeira,aerobics,power yoga,spectacular dancing,horse riding shows,mountain bike race,zoggler shows fascinating the visitors with their tricks and many other activities took place at this fantastic Sun Moon Beach Camp at Tsampika beach.
The contribution of many local businesses was generous as they sponsored this event and everything was well organized.There were full of camping scenes,so whoever wanted to spend one or two full nights at Tsampika beach had a great choice about staying all day and night there and get the maximum of this natural experience and far away from the noise of a busy nightlife around the island.
As a conclusion about this article and feel lucky that I did also had the chance to be there, and on that point is what someone would name an event like this, as an alternative way of entertainment and gives us a great opportunity to escape from the classic entertainment of young people who tend to spend nightclubbing and bars.It was a great chance for all of us to enjoy this magic beach and the beauty of Tsampika bay in this paradise and tropical coast in Rhodes.Both people from Rhodes and tourists who were at Tsampika beach could live their night,their morning,the sunrise and sunset and all these with the symbolic cost of only 6 euros.
Generally events like these take place in Rhodes island often and especially the high season between July and August and gives more value and options to get this experience here in Rhodes as being a holiday maker and tend to stay more than one week.One more reason that I recommend to tourists when they choose Rhodes for their next vacations to extend their holiday week and stay 14 nights at least and enjoy any event in this beautiful island.
